Derby 6 piece Plans & Apologies return with their second offering for EXERCISE1 - a 'split record' with quite a difference!

Each side of this 7" vinyl has been crafted to look like an individual release. On one side of the plastic, yours truly have put their name to the feel good song of the year, 'MeeToo'. A typically Pandaz love story with typically Pandaz noodling guitars and singalong middle sections.

The band's very own imprint, Pandaz Pop Records which was set up last year, will release the other side. It sees the band unleash their globules of scorn on politicians and filmmakers alike with 'Mel Gibson's...IRAQ!'. A live favourite, the track was the conclusion to Plans & Apologies' recent session for BBC Radio 1. Where the opening line - "They fastened Blair to a leather bound chair and took it in turns to cum in his hair" raised eyebrows with a few of the old skool Beeb engineers. Sorry your majesty.

The 7" will be limited to just 500 copies only...once they are gone they are well and truly gone! The tracks will also be available to download as 2 separate records from iTunes worldwide.
