We do listen to all demos sent to us, but unfortunately we don't get the time to reply to every one personally. Please don't follow up your submission with an email or phone call - if we like what we hear, we will get in touch.
Please keep in mind that this is the ONLY address you should send demos to - it sounds awfully cliche, but we receive a lot of demos, and any not sent to this specific email address are likely to be ignored.
The preferred method is by sending us a link to an MP3 somewhere on the web. If you want to send us an actual MP3 file, please be considerate - i.e don't send us a 6MB file, and please make sure you don't bombard our inbox with several MP3s. If you want to send us a bunch of tracks please stick to sending us links on the web. Alternatively, you can contact demos[@]exercise1.net and we'll let you know of a postal address to send a CD to.
Please also make sure you take the time to review our site and roster and make sure that the music you make is the sort of thing we are likely to be interested in. By spending 5 minutes on us you should be able to figure out the sorts of music we probably aren't into releasing.
